So here we are… Exactly 1 month away from my baby's first birthday. Ok, so we don't know for sure when his birthday is….but based on when he lost his baby teeth I made up a date and July 15th it is. So it is time for a Dooley dog update. Here are the weights I have saved:
October 7th-19lbs
November 4th- 28.5 lbs
December 5th- 35.5 lbs
January 13th- 48 lbs
February 10th- 53.8 lbs
March 10th- 57 lbs
April 7th- 60.5 lbs
May 4th- lbs
June 2nd- 70 lbs
…Ok I am not going to lie. I made up some of those dates and weights. He he :) But seriously I do know that he is 70lbs now. I can't pick him up anymore. And when I made Jason take our comparison picture I was only allowed to take two pictures (one where the dog wasn't looking, and the one below) because, apparently, a wiggly 70lb dog isn't easy to hold. He isn't really growing frame-wise anymore. He is just filling out. His face also looks older :( What happened to my baby?!?
I will have to say that I have had second child syndrome with poor Dooley…. For Mr. Bojangles' first birthday I recapped each month and holiday and how I dressed him up for each. Let's just say that isn't going to happen for Dooley. LOL. But that doesn't mean I don't love him any less :) So without further adue, my baby growing up (and yes… May is missing. Oops).
